Experience: 3- 10 Years in the same field

Qualification: MBA/ Bachelor’s Degree
Location: Anywhere in the U.A.E
Holder of U.A.E Driving License (Mandatory), preferably with own Car
Salary Range: AED. 9,000 to 13,500 (based on experience/ job location) with Monthly Commissions

Language skills: English/ Arabic/ Hindi/ Malayalam- Any 3 (Must Read, Write & Speak fluently).
Computer skills: MS Office- Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, Outlook Express, Emailing & Internet (Proficient).
Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve budgeted sales and distribution targets on a monthly basis in the assigned Areas,
2. Ensure all TC/ credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to the company,
3. Manage, mentor and retain sales force comprising of Sales Supervisors, Sales Executives, Route Salesmen, Promoters and Merchandisers,
4. Prepare M.M.P. Reports (Monthly Management Action Plans Reports) & submit to the Reporting Head at every month-end,
5. Make regular route-rides with the respective Area Sales Supervisors for the professional development of the sales team via regular on-the-job training and guidance,
6. Set SMART K.P.Is along with sales & distribution targets for self and the team members,
7. Prepare & present management-level Presentations on: New Business Development, New Product Development and Innovative Ideas for Organizational & overall Business Growth.
