Holder of Valid Driving License (Mandatory), preferably with own Car

Salary Range: AED. 18,000 to 23,000 (based on experience)

Language skills: English/ Arabic/ Hindi/ Malayalam- Any 3 (Must Read, Write & Speak fluently).

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Achieve budgeted Trade Marketing & Merchandising targets on a monthly basis with minimal expenditure of Annual Budget across all Customer & Consumer segments,

2. Manage, mentor and retain the Team, comprising of Trade Sales Supervisors, Merchandising Supervisors, Sales Promoters and Merchandisers,

3. Prepare T.M.M. Reports (Trade Marketing & Merchandising Action Plans Reports) & submit to the Reporting Head upon closure of every month-end,

4. Prepare & present Director Board-level Presentations with Quarterly/ Yearly Projections on: Annual Marketing & Merchandising Budget, Targets & Achievements, New Business Development, New Product Development and Innovative Ideas for Organizational & overall Business Growth,

5. Assist/ Support the Sales, Trade Marketing & Merchandising Team in spreading awareness of newly launched products in the market through ‘free tasting/ sampling stalls’ in mega-malls, hypermarkets and other public places,

6. Conduct market research and generate consumer insights to determine consumer requirements for the brand and future products,

7. Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution and identify high performers,

8. Ensure enforcement of the company’s date code policies and procedures at all times and take necessary corrective actions upon deviations,

9. Monitor & provide competitor activity (offers, pictures & prices) on a regular basis and provide feedback to the Senior Management Team with recommendations to plan counter strategy,

10. Activation, implementation & cancellation of all signed agreements, consumer promotions, trade offers and activities in the assigned region with all the customers across all trade channels within the stipulated time frames,

11. Maintain a detailed database of the entire customers across all trade channels to review business progression,

12. Propose & implement effective category planograms, set merchandising standards, monitor/ report product movements/ rotation and devise new product line introduction guidelines based on seasonality factors and consistently communicate across all the Departments.
